TERMS Y WEEKS OF ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the participation of Members of Royal Vacations de Colombia SA in everything related to the weeks of accommodation.

 

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the same conditions that are listed in the timeshare contract in clauses 6.1  and  8 of the same will apply.

 

1. Once you enter your request on our website, you will be subject to all the terms and conditions described here, and it will be understood that you have read and understood clearly and without objection everything stipulated here.

2. Once you request the use of your week, you will be subject to the contractual conditions initially agreed, depending on the number of points and the possibility of access to the seasons, suites and other contractual terms accepted by you.

3. In order to provide the maximum possibility in terms of availability, the Member of Royal Vacations de Colombia SA accepts that he must request his reservations with a minimum of 6  (six) months in advance of the date of start of use  of the Holiday Period; Consequently, you understand that a request made in a period less than 6 (six) months prior to the start date of use of the Vacation Period will limit the availability to a greater degree, which exempts us from responsibility regarding the requested service.

4. Consider that the availability of high-demand accommodations decreases during vacation periods and/or during periods of high demand.

5. The price includes only accommodation, you will be responsible for paying additional taxes, transportation and any other related government charges.

6. In order to be authorized to carry out this procedure, the Member must: (i) be up to date with the payment of the Administration Fees, (ii) make the request within the term of the contract, (iii) provide the data required in the system and (iv) Pay the value of the corresponding week of use.

7. According to the Law and its contract in clause 5.5 it is established that even when you do not use the hosting service; THE CLIENT must pay annually, during the first month of each calendar year, from the first calendar year, an annual maintenance fee, therefore not using his week either with a week of ownership or with a week of use,_cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_does not exempt the member from paying the maintenance fee.

8. The capacity of Royal Vacations de Colombia SA to make a Confirmation for a Member, depends on the availability of Inventory of the platforms by the Hosting Service Providers. Neither Royal Vacations de Colombia SA nor the provider can guarantee specific options for a Destination and/or Travel Dates that are not available through this accessory service.

9. Some of the Hotels and Resorts manage restrictions for the application of reservations with week of use.

10. All reservations are for 24 hours. You will not be asked for payment information until you confirm. If you do nothing within the 24-hour period, this reservation will automatically be released for others to book.

11. To access the additional destinations that make up the Multidestination, the member must pay their maintenance fee in the terms established in the Accommodation Contract in terms of date, and contracted points, in the same way the additional points will be handled according to the season, number of people and type of unit requested.

12. The members understand and accept that the weeks that are used as multi-destination or change of destination must be used within the calendar year established in their contract, the weeks deposited for exchange in other destinations will have a validity for their use of two years from the time the deposit is requested, which cannot exceed the last day of the month in which each calendar year ends in accordance with the contractual agreement. Calendar A ends on December 31 of each year and Calendar B ends on June 30 of each year. If during the calendar year the member does not request a reservation for use with multidestination or does not request the deposit of his week, these will be lost and the points will be deducted from the member's point inventory.
